At ClickSoft we provide specialized support at level 1, 2 and 3 according to the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. The service is generally comprised of tickets and incidents, and we provide support reports and services according to the client’s needs.
Advise the customer on general problems. Specialists collect and analyze information to solve problems.
Solve technical problems of all levels as well as investigate more specific problems that were not solved in level 1.
Provide solutions to complex technical issues. The team at this level of support is made up of experts.
